		<description>I agree with you that networking occurs in every situation. You need to be prepared. With relationship building, you need to get to know people first before you focus too much on business, especially if it a social event or wedding.  Once people are comfortable, then business creeps into the conversation. After all, you need to get to know people personally and professionally.</description>
