		<description>I have lunch with different people 3-4 times per week. With some people, I am nurturing existing relationships. With others, I am getting to know them better. I think that lunch is an excellent time to get to know people because it doesn't take any more time out of your way. Never go a week without having lunch with 1-2 new people.</description>
